Sofia, 9th February 2021 - All types of private and public documents, including courts’ decisions that require proof of delivery, can be sent and received through a mobile phone using qualified registered e-delivery - a service that is offered by the Bulgarian company Evrotrust Technologies. The company that also provides unique technology and mobile application for remote and qualified e-identification and e-signature, is the only one in Bulgaria certified provider of the qualified registered e-delivery service. Moreover, Evrotrust Technologies is the only one European company that offers qualified registered e-delivery service using two technologies - through smartphone and through email.
The qualified registered e-delivery service is the digital equivalent of the traditional registered mail with proof of delivery. It has the same legal value as the traditional registered mail with proof of delivery. The qualified registered e-delivery service allows sending, receiving and storing e-documents and data. Sending documents by qualified registered e-delivery service is possible 24/7/365. It is the fastest and most convenient way to receive and send documents, saving time and money, and providing a safe and healthy environment in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Evrotrust Technologies’ qualified registered e-delivery service makes it possible to transmit data by electronic means and provides evidence relating to the handling of the transmitted data, including proof of sending and receiving the data, and protects transmitted data against the risk of loss, theft, damage or any unauthorised alterations.
“Using remote and qualified services such as registered e-delivery, e-identification and e-signature documents are sent or received just in a few seconds. It saves valuable time. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic e-services guarantee our safety and security. Moreover, all people who would be involved in the physical delivery of documents stay safe and healthy. The immediate, remote and qualified registered e-delivery service has the same legal value as the traditional registered mail service. We are the first in Europe to offer the qualified registered e-delivery service using two technologies - through mobile phone and through email”, said Prof. Dr. George Dimitrov, board member of Evrotrust.
Evrotrust is integrated by a large number of state institutions, so the access to public services for individuals and businesses is facilitated. Using Evrotrust’s e-services of the Bulgarian Registry Agency can be requested through its centralized portal, uniting the Property Register, the Business Register and the Register of non-profit legal entities, as well as the electronic conviction status certificate that is available through the website of the Ministry of Justice.
Using Evrotrust’s mobile app for remote and qualified e-identification and e-signature individuals can already request and receive a personal identification code (PIC) from the National Social Security Institute (NSSI). The request for PIC can be submitted directly through the smartphone.
Evrotrust’s qualified e-signature has the same legal value as the handwritten paper-based signature. The qualified e-identification can be legally used instead of ID card. The mobile app of Evrotrust Technologies is fully compliant with all information security requirements. The company uses advanced 3D machine-learning technology for automated face recognition and ID document processing. Evrotrust’s mobile application could be downloaded free-of-charge from Google Playor App Store on each smart device - a phone or a tablet operating with iOS and Android operating system.
