The end goal is for all state and municipal services to be available and delivered fully remotely within the next 4 years. The access to government e-services and signing of document with mobile qualified e-signature will bring huge benefits to every citizen working with the administrations. The Government can now offer secure identification and single point of service delivery from all state institutions, including the municipalities. This will dramatically improve the administrative expenses for the government and the business, and will foster the digital economy in Bulgaria.
