Summary
- Since its founding in 2016, eID Easy has remained committed to providing a variety of ways for businesses to sign documents, including simple, advanced, and qualified electronic signatures.
- The platform wanted to integrate a trustworthy QTSP to make qualified signatures available to businesses with more sensitive transactions and those looking to minimize fraud.
- Evrotrust was one of the first companies whose solutions were integrated into eID Easy—a process that happened quickly and smoothly, thanks to the cooperation of Evrotrust’s team and the high compatibility of our solutions.
The Challenge
eID Easy wishes to provide broad-ranging services to clients from all over the world. That is why it was on the lookout for a qualified trust service provider with broad international coverage that can be useful to a larger number of businesses.
In addition, eID Easy wanted the services offered by said QTSP to be accessible and affordable, as well as user-friendly and frictionless for end users. That was the only way to ensure that eID Easy effectively meets the demands of its customers.
The Solution
eID Easy decided to integrate qualified electronic signatures from Evrotrust through our mobile app via API. This signing method is hassle-free and does not come with an onboarding cost, unlike alternative solutions eID Easy considered.
The resulting integration is flexible, cost-effective, and allows businesses to easily introduce qualified electronic signatures into their digital document management.
The Evrotrust integration is an especially favored solution by companies who deal with international partners, clients, and suppliers, and need eSignatures with full legal validity in multiple countries.
The Results
Ever since adding Evrotrust to its listings, eID Easy has observed a spike in the number of QES transactions. Due to the overwhelming demand, the platform actually had to redesign some of its subscription packages to offer plans suitable for higher transaction volumes.
The feedback from eID Easy customers has been consistently positive, with many praising the speed and simplicity of Evrotrust’s solution. In addition, removing onboarding fees and offering support for users in over 50 countries are among the deciding factors leading eID Easy clients to pick qualified electronic signatures by Evrotrust.
How To Use Evrotrust in eID Easy
To use the Evrotrust QES as a signing method, simply prepare your document in eID Easy and click on Sign. Select a country to filter the available QTSPs for that region, then pick Evrotrust from the list. Enter the signee’s identifier and press Sign.
The addressee will receive a push notification from the Evrotrust mobile app on their mobile device. They simply have to log in and click to sign the document, which takes just a second.
Note that the signee needs to already have the Evrotrust app installed to receive the notification. Moreover, they need to have undergone the initial registration in our app to be able to sign.
