nZoom is business software created by BGS, a Bulgarian software company with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing business solutions tailored to the specific needs of various industries. Its mission is to provide its customers with tools that not only automate processes but also create real value through increased efficiency and control.
nZoom’s electronic employment file is a comprehensive software solution designed for the digitization and effective management of HR documentation in accordance with Bulgarian labor legislation. The system allows the creation, signing, and storage of documents in a secure environment, automating key processes such as hiring, leave, and employment contract management.
One of the main benefits of using the electronic employment file is the significant savings in time and resources. Employee information is entered once, after which the system automatically generates the necessary documents and monitors compliance with deadlines and regulations. This reduces the risk of omissions and errors, while providing peace of mind and confidence in compliance with legal requirements.
The system offers a high level of security through two-factor authentication and data encryption, ensuring that only authorized users have access to sensitive information. In addition, electronic document signing streamlines processes and speeds up administrative procedures.
nZoom’s electronic employment file is suitable for organizations of all sizes and sectors, providing flexibility and adaptability to specific business needs. The system facilitates HR teams in managing labor relations by providing quick access to reports and analyses that support informed management decisions.
By implementing electronic employee records, companies can achieve greater efficiency, transparency, and regulatory compliance while improving the employee experience and optimizing internal processes.
