What is the difference between the Free Plan, Plan 5, and Plan 100?

- Free Plan – includes 3 free eSignatures or identifications in total for the validity period.
- Plan 5 – includes 5 free signatures/identifications per month.
- Plan 100 – includes 100 free signatures/identifications per month.
All paid plans include everything from the lower-tier plan and are valid for 2 years.
How long is the electronic signature certificate valid?
The qualified electronic signature certificate is valid for 2 years, regardless of which plan you choose. Even after the certificate expires, documents signed while it was still active remain valid.
Can I use my signature anywhere in the EU?
Yes. A qualified electronic signature from Evrotrust is legally recognized and valid in all European Union member states.
Do I need a reader or special software?
No, if you use the mobile QES. It works directly from your phone — no card readers, USB tokens, or certificate installations on a computer are required.
If you prefer the classic “USB token” option, you can also choose a smart card-based QES for use with a desktop computer.
