What can you sign?
Qualified electronic signatures aren’t just for businesses. You can actually use them to sign any document that requires your consent, official confirmation, and so forth. For example, consider the following situations:
Signing or ending a lease agreement;
Signing preliminary sale agreements, property offers, or contracts with real estate agents;
Agreeing on the terms of a private sale with someone in the cases where a notary’s presence is not legally required;
Signing freelance contracts;
Formalizing personal loans between friends or family without going through banks or lenders;
Authorizing another person to take care of your pet, property, etc.
These are just some of the many everyday legal contexts where your signature matters. But instead of printing each document, dealing with the postal service or couriers, and organizing in-person meetings, you can sign everything electronically in the Evrotrust app.
How does it work?
To sign or send documents for an eSignature, you can use the Evrotrust mobile app or combine it with our web portal (if your document is on your computer). Note that all parties who need to sign must be registered Evrotrust users.
Sending a document via the portal
This method works regardless of whether you want to send a document to yourself or someone else. You can even send a file to multiple recipients in one go.
Simply log into your Evrotrust account. Once inside, select a recipient and attach the file for signing.
Sending a document via the app
If the document is on your mobile device, you can upload it for signing directly in the app and sign it right away.
