Key Responsibilities (both tracks)
- Design, build and maintain high-quality native mobile applications for Evrotrust’s identification, e-signature and Digital Wallet products.
- Lead architectural decisions (MVVM / Clean Architecture / MVI or VIPER) and drive modularization.
- Work closely with project managers, the technical lead, backend developers, QA and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability and maintainability of the apps.
- Design, implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality, reliability and regression safety.
- Write clean, testable and well-documented code.
- Drive CI/CD, release processes and app-store deployments.
- Participate in the code review process, enforcing optimizations and best practices.
- Investigate, debug and resolve issues within existing production services and solutions.
Required Skills — Android / Kotlin track
- 6+ years of Android development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
- Deep understanding of Android SDK, memory management, application lifecycle.
- UI frameworks: Jetpack Compose / XML-based layouts.
- Multithreading: Coroutines, Flow, threading, concurrency.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing and networking (Retrofit/OkHttp).
- Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and secure data transmission.
- Experience implementing authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Bearer tokens, API keys); familiarity with certificate pinning and secure storage (Keystore).
Required Skills — iOS / Swift track
- 6+ years of iOS development experience; solid hands-on experience with Objective-C (legacy support).
- Strong proficiency in Swift.
- Deep understanding of UIKit / SwiftUI, iOS SDK, memory management, ARC.
- Multithreading: GCD, async/await.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing and networking (URLSession and/or Alamofire).
- Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and secure data transmission.
- Experience implementing authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Bearer tokens, API keys); familiarity with certificate pinning and secure storage.
Required — both tracks
- Experience with architectural patterns: MVVM / Clean Architecture / MVI (Android) or MVVM / VIPER / Clean Architecture (iOS).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills; ability to well document developed functionality.
- Good command of technical English.
Nice to have experience with
- Developing enterprise software solutions from scratch.
- Cryptography and crypto libraries.
- Developing software under regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
- Mutual TLS (mTLS) and client-certificate authentication.
- Relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Messaging brokers, e.g. RabbitMQ.
