Costs and Subscription Options for Evrotrust Users

Is the Evrotrust application free to download and use?

Yes. Downloading and installing the Evrotrust application is free of charge for all users. Creating a user profile and receiving a qualified electronic signature (QES) certificate is also free. The default plan includes 3 free eSignatures. Additional paid plans are available if users need more signatures.

What is included in the free subscription plan?

The free plan provides basic access to the Evrotrust services. It includes:

  • free installation of the mobile application
  • free issuance of a QES certificate
  • 3 free remote eSignatures

This plan supports most casual or occasional use cases but may be insufficient for users who sign documents frequently.

Where can I find additional subscription plans?

Additional subscription options are displayed directly in the Evrotrust mobile application under the “Subscriptions” section. These plans offer higher limits for eSignatures and may include extended features depending on the user’s needs. The app clearly shows pricing, validity periods, and the number of included electronic signatures. Users can upgrade at any time through the in-app purchase flow.

Are eSignatures free when Evrotrust is integrated with a service provider?

Yes, in most cases. When Evrotrust is integrated with a service provider, such as a bank, insurer, telecom operator, or public administration, eSignatures and e-Identification checks performed for that partner’s services are typically free for the end user. The service provider covers the cost of the identification and signing process. This ensures that users can complete onboarding or document signing without paying extra. The exact free operations depend on the specific integration.

Do I have to pay for e-Identification procedures?

The initial identity verification when registering in the Evrotrust app is free. In addition, if the identification is performed as part of a partner service integration, the end user does not pay anything. For example, if a bank requires identity verification during onboarding, the entire e-Identification flow is free within that service.

Independent use of identity verification outside partner interactions may consume resources from the user’s subscription plan. The app indicates when an action is covered by a partner and when it is not.

How do I know whether a signature will be free or charged?

Before completing a document signing request, the Evrotrust application displays whether the action is free for the user. When it is, the green checkmark for signing/agreeing to the identification will say “Sign for free.” This means the transaction will be free and won’t consume the user’s app credits.

This transparency helps users understand whether a signature will count toward their personal subscription or be handled at no cost through an integrated service provider.

What happens if I run out of free electronic signatures?

If you exhaust the three free eSignatures included in the base plan, you will need to purchase an additional subscription to continue signing documents outside partner integrations. The app guides users to available plans that match their expected signature volume. Partner-covered signatures remain free even if your personal quota is depleted.

Are there any hidden fees for using Evrotrust?

No, Evrotrust does not impose hidden fees. All applicable costs are clearly shown within the mobile application. Signatures and identification flows covered by service providers remain free for end users, and subscription options are transparently listed under “Subscriptions.” This helps users confidently manage their usage without unexpected charges.
