‘Sent’ Section
In this menu you can view all sent files and documents, as well as their status. The statuses are as follows:
- Green — the document is signed/the identification is successful;
- Yellow — the request is in progress;
- Red — the request was unsuccessful.

Select Details to view or download the files from the request.
‘Search’ Section
Here you can search for transactions using different criteria. Enter the necessary data to find a document by transaction number, all operations for a given user, or within a fixed time period — whatever your search needs are.
‘New’ Section
This is the menu you’ll likely use most often — from here you send documents for signing, identification requests, or files via qualified eDelivery.
Sending a Document for an eSignature

- In the New section, select Signature.
- Enter the personal number or another identifier of the recipient — you can specify more than one recipient.
- Attach the documents for signing via Choose file.
- If you attach more than one document, use the checkbox to mark which files require a signature.
- Optionally, add a description for each document — this will help the recipient learn more about what they’re signing.
- Mark whether you want to require the recipient to review (read) the document before signing.
- Set a signing deadline or other options, if applicable.
- By default, all qualified eSignature documents are insured for transactions up to EUR 20,000. You can change this amount if needed.
- Click Send.
You will find the signed document in the Sent section. To view or download the signed file, click Details.
Electronic Identification
- In the New section, select Identification.
- Enter the personal number or another identifier of the recipient.
- Mark the types of personal data you would like to collect.

- Click Send.
You can view and download the signed identification document in the Sent section, under Details.
One-Time Signing or Identification
There are cases where you may want to identify a client or partner, or sign a document with someone, without them needing to install the Evrotrust app. In such cases, one-time signing or identification via an SMS code is a suitable service.
For example, insurance agents and telecom employees often sign with clients in this way.
Here’s how one-time signing/identification works in the portal:
- Enter the personal number of the agent requesting the signature/identification.
- Then enter the personal number of the signer / the person to be identified.
- Fill in the ID document data of the signing person and their contact information.
- Select whether the service is a signature or an identification.
- If the service is a signature, choose qualified (QES) or advanced (AES).
- If the service is a signature, attach the document via Choose file.
- Click Send.
- The recipient will receive an activation code (one-time password) for the transaction on the phone number specified in the request.
- Enter the code from the message and click Send.
As with other operations, you will find the signed document in the Sent section.
Check for an Existing User
This service lets you check whether the intended recipient already uses Evrotrust. That way you can quickly determine whether you can send a document for an eSignature directly or if it’s better to first send instructions for registering in the app.
To check whether someone is an existing user:
- Enter their personal number, phone number, or email.
- Click Check.
Sending Installation Instructions
If the recipient does not have an Evrotrust registration yet, from this menu you can send them an invitation to download the app:
- Enter an email address and select a language for the instructions.
- Click Send.
The user receives an email invitation with details on how to start using Evrotrust.
‘Users’ Section
This section is visible only to users with administrator rights. From here they can add or remove users who will use the company portal.
To add a user, enter an identifier (personal number, phone number, or the email address with which they’re registered in Evrotrust), choose the type of permissions, and click Send.
You can also remove existing users or set an IP restriction from the settings.
How to Restrict Access by IP Address
- Select the user whose access you want to regulate.
- Click Edit (the pencil icon).
- Enter the IP address from which to allow access to the portal and click Save.
The portal will not be accessible from another IP for the given user. Note that this setting is individual and does not affect the other portal users.
Digital Services Portal – For Personal Use

Individual Evrotrust clients can also use the portal to sign all types of documents for personal needs. For example, you can sign rental agreements or freelance contracts, purchase-sale contracts for goods that do not require the presence of a notary, and much more.
The portal works as described above. The only difference is that for personal use only a few of the services are available, namely:
- Sending a document for electronic signature – to yourself or another recipient. Sending to multiple recipients at once is possible.
- Archive of all sent and signed documents – from here you can review your signing history or download already signed documents.
When signing documents for personal needs, the portal works together with the Evrotrust mobile app.
For example, you can open the portal on your computer and send a file for signature to yourself (if you’re preparing a declaration or application that only you need to sign). You will receive a notification on your mobile phone that a document awaits your signature.
The signing takes place in the Evrotrust mobile app. Afterwards, you can download the signed file either directly to your phone (from the History menu in the app) or to your computer (from the Sent menu in the portal).
