An electronic labor file (also an electronic employee file) is the digital equivalent of an employee’s personnel file, containing employment contracts, contract amendments, employer orders, certificates, and other HR documentation. It is maintained in a way that is secure, fully traceable, and ready for inspection by the General Labor Inspectorate.
