Aladin Employee Self Service is a WEB application integrated with Aladin that offers employees access to all documents relevant to the employment file. In addition to accessing the employment file, employees are informed about their monthly salary, vacation entitlement, benefits, and schedules. The time and processes related to requesting leave, working from home, and requesting company memos are as short as possible and streamlined according to the client’s needs. Executives make informed decisions when provided with access to the policies and leave days used by their employees. Aladin Employee Self Service offers summary and analytical charts and reports that can be exported in .xlsx format.
