Production release: August 26, 2026
Dear Evrotrust customers and partners, we’re happy to announce the release of Evrotrust v.26.3.0. The production update is scheduled for August 26, 2026 (Wednesday), starting at 23:59 EET, with an expected downtime of approximately 30 minutes. Details of the improvements and changes are outlined below.
I. Mobile App
Make sure to update to the latest version available!

{IMPROVEMENTS}
- Updated face recognition to the latest version to significantly improve first-attempt success rates.
II. Mobile (SDK)
{NEW}
- Added a new refID parameter to successful (OK) results for the following methods:
– Setup device with Evrotrust profile
– Edit user profile
– The refID can also be used in the document/doc/identification API call:- Added a new optional refID parameter that can be used as a user identifier
- User data can now be retrieved using this parameter
- A refID is generated for users with an Evrotrust profile. If the user profile is updated, the refID remains unchanged. If the profile is deleted and the user completes a new registration, a new refID is generated.
{IMPROVEMENTS}
- Updated face recognition to the latest version to significantly improve first-attempt success rates.
- iOS WL SDK: Added a processing indicator after face recognition when the device has a slow connection.
- Android WL SDK: Fixed an issue where the user’s face appeared stretched on some devices during face identification
III. OTP eSign
{IMPROVEMENTS}
- Updated the GTC for end users.
- No integration changes are required. Existing URLs remain unchanged.
